You will quickly excel in…
- Creating the ultimate Monelle shopping experience for every customer.
- Developing and applying your personal style while understanding and reflecting the Monelle Vermont aesthetic as a local brand ambassador.
- Curating a beautiful and effortless shopping experience in store and online (understanding both the customer interface and the backend system).
- Clearly communicating your ideas with the management and buying teams.
- Assisting in wholesale buying and visual merchandising.
- Mastering of internal inventory systems and customer point of sale.
- Assisting in areas of stock, shipping, and receiving protocols, policies and procedures.
Requirements…
- A passion for the brand and a curiosity for learning.
- Empathy, energy and kindness; accountability and adaptability.
- Creative problem solving skills and proactive nature.
- Retail experience is helpful, but not necessary.
- Opportunity to grow within company and in the retail industry
- Consistent schedule with two days off in a row, only one weekend day
